All deposits are payable in full on admission and are refundable when the student leaves the institution after deducting all dues as determined by the Principal. The Institution shall have the right to forfeit the security deposits, if it is not claimed within three years of the candidates ceasing to be on the rolls of the institution.

Those applying for withdrawal of admissions before 29.07.2005, will be refunded their dues at admissible rates not before November, 2005.

The students, who withdraw their admissions after 29.07.2005 will be refunded refundable security deposit only.
For refund of fees, a student must apply to the Principal / Director of the Institution he/she joins enclosing therewith original Fee Receipt, Admission Slip.

The fees are to be paid by Two (02) Demand Drafts, one for Rs. 18,000/- another for Rs 9,500/- drawn in favour of Principal, Delhi College of Engineering, Delhi, payable at Delhi. No part payment will be accepted. No other mode of payment is acceptable.

Registration of Foreign Students

University registration Fee from every Foreign Student, seeking admission to a course of study in Delhi College of Engineering / Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology will be charged at the rates given below :

1.	Seeking admission to Graduate Courses	US$ 300
2.	Seeking admission to PG Courses US$ 400	US$ 400
3.	Seeking admission to a course leading to research work	US$ 500
4.	Special Fee (payable to the College),per student per year	US$ 100
